4 cups flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
Combine the dry ingredients. Cut in 2/3 cup butter until mixture is like course meal. Add the buttermilk and stir until moistened. Turn dough out onto floured surface and knead 4 or 5 times. Roll out to 1/2 inch and cut with a 2 inch cutter. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes, or until golden.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 milk (use extra if dough is too dry)
1/4 cup canola oil
Mix all ingredients with a fork until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl and forms a ball. Knead 10 times, until smooth. Roll out for a 12 inch round pizza pan. Place in pan and double over edge. Optionally brush with oil. Top as desired and bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees F.
