Good and easy.
8 oz egg noodles, cooked
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp dry chicken stock powder
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1 large can of evaporated milk
3/4 cup milk
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Melt the butter; add the dry ingredients cook for 1 minute. Slowly add the milks stirring to make a smooth sauce. Stir in the cheese. Combine the sauce, noodles and chicken. Bake, uncovered, in a 3 quart casserole for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Honey Glazed Chicken Wings
3 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soya sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Combine all ingredients except the wings in a saucepan. Cook and stir until heated through. Cool to room temperature. Place the chicken wings and marinade in a large Ziploc bag and place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight. Drain the wings and spread on a well greased foil lined 10x15 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Drain and turn over. Bake a further 25 minutes. Crisp under the broiler.

Chicken in a Puff
This is different.
4 to 5 chicken breast halves cut into 2 inch pieces
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine
Combine the flour and salt. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and brown in margarine on all sides. Place in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.
Puff:
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp melted butter
Combine the dry ingredients. Beat together the liquid ingredients and add to flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour over chicken and bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes or until puffy and browned.

French Chicken
4 chicken breast halves
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp tarragon
3/4 cup croutons, slightly crushed
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Combine the butter, honey, mustard and tarragon and spread on top of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle on the croutons and lightly press on. Bake for 40 minutes.

2 tsp curry powder
pinch cayenne
Place chicken in a single layer in an oven-proof dish. Melt butter and combine with honey, mustard, curry powder and cayenne. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, basting once. Turn the chicken over; baste again and bake for another 20 minutes. This is very good served with rice.
