Lazy Perogie Dumplings

2 cups cottage cheese
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
enough flour to make a stiff dough

Mix everything together. Drop by tablespoons into boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes and drain. Fry some onions in butter and add with the dumplings into a casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
