Chicken Lemon Rice Soup

Simmer together the following ingredients for 30 minutes:

2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
4 cups water
1 cup cooked rice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp dill

Before serving thicken with 1 cup of milk mixed with 2 tbsp cornstarch.
