Asparagus with a Parmesan Crust

1 lb thin asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
1 oz fresh Parmesan, grated
fresh ground pepper
balsamic vinegar

Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle over the Parmesan and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, asparagus should be tender but crisp. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar to taste. Serves 4.
