1 can corn, drained
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp grated onion
150 ml milk
2 beaten eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
Combine the corn, cheese, onion, milk and eggs. Put in a well greased 1 quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter together and spread over the corn mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
