Orange Glazed Pork Chops

4 pork chops, salted and peppered
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp marmalade
1 tbsp vinegar

Brown the chops, drain excess fat. Combine the above ingredients and pour over the meat. Simmer over low heat, covered, about 50 minutes (watch carefully as can burn easily in the sauce).
