Orange Coleslaw

This makes a large salad with a mild creamy dressing.

Dressing
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp honey

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Salad
1 large head of cabbage, washed and shredded
2 medium carrots, shredded
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 cup raisins, washed
2 large oranges, peeled and chopped
1 cup slivered almonds
pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and mix just before serving. Serves at least 10 people.
